Terminator Salvation

Yesterday night I went for a movie, Terminator Salvation. I've been waiting for so long for this movie. Not bad, but I quite blur at the early story. Human versus Machine. Seem Terminator and the coming movie, Transformer 2 has same storyline. At last the cyborgs will rescue the world. Christian Bale, the Batman as John Connor, lead the human resistance against Skynet and its army of terminator. The cyborgs name very interesting, like SE HP name. Example T-600 and T-800. For me, the real hero in Terminator Salvation is Marcus Wright!!! WHY? Go and watch yourself.. haha. Nice~ Now waiting for Transformer 2!

Migrain

Pasal I migrain teruk ari tu, I pun takut "mati" dan mula mencari fakta-fakta migrain. Ada dalam bahasa Inggeris tetapi I lebih suka yang Bahasa Malaysia. I dapat satu yang agak terperinci maklumatnya. Jadi teringin mahu berkongsi dengan keluarga dan kawan-kawanku. Vshan Laling mesti baca ya~ U pun selalu migrain bila exam time.

Migrain berlaku apabila seseorang itu mengalami sakit kepala yang berulang-ulang, berbeza tahap kesakitannya, kekerapan dan jangka masa serangan. Ia berasal dari perkataan Perancis yang bermaksud sakit kepala sebelah. Biasanya serangan sakit kepala sebelah boleh menyebabkan sakit kedua-dua belahnya.

Jenis-jenis migrain :

1. Migrain tanpa aura
2. Migrain dengan tanda aura
3. Opthalmoplegic migrain
4. Status nigrain

Punca penyakit/ Faktor Risiko "

1. Genetik (I tak tau keluarga I yang lain ade ke migrain??)
2. Aktiviti saraf 'trigemino' yang mengawal saraf dalam kepala dengan 'neurotransmitter' yang dipanggil substance P dan lain-lain 'neurotransmitter' seperti 'stamine' dan 'kinine' menyebabkan urat-urat darah dalam kepala mengembang dan berdenyut. ( maybe kot..erm~)
3. Aktiviti yang berlebihan pada pangkal otak mengakibatkan 'neurotransmitter' seperti 'norephenepherine' dan 'serotinin' yang menjadikan urat darah sempit, kembang dan mengakibatkan rasa sakit. (aktiviti I mmg byk..haha)
4. Perubahan saiz diameter urat darah yang bergerak dalam kepala berbeza-beza dari masa ke semasa dalam satu serangan (spreading digemia)
5. Pengeluaran serotinin yang berlebihan dari sel platlet darah
6. Tekanan perasaan atau 'stress' (Aku Memang Tension Gile)
7. Terlalu banyak minum minuman yang berkafein seperti kopi atau minuman alkohol (Dah jarang minum ni, takde teh tarik, tak ikut Christopher pi enjoy juga)
8. Cahaya yang sangat terang. (Pi umah Kajang I sudah tau..hihi)
9. Perubahan cara tidur/tidak cukup tidur (Katil & bantal tak sama, now tambah training.. tak pernah cukup)
10. Letih yang keterlaluan (Bingo!)
11. Bau-bauan 'perfume' yang terlalu kuat. (Bingo again! Opis pasang pemercik perfume automatik yang memeningkan, prefer 'perfume' Ah reen)
12. Pengambilan pil 'contraceptive' (tak tau ape ni)
13. Haid (Aku Perempuan..hihi)
14. Pengambilan pemanis tiruan (Cola ke? Keropok kena kurang makan ni~)
15. Daging yang ditahan lamakan (preservative) supaya tidak mengandungi natrium dan sodium glutamate (HotDog? Setiap ari pun makan luar)
16. Makanan yang mengandungi histamine dan 'vasotive agent' (ape ni?)

Tanda-tanda/Simptom

1. Migrain tanpa aura

• rasa berdenyut-denyut pada sebelah kepala, pesakit ternampak bayangan bergaris-garis.
• terjaga dari tidur akibat kesakitan yang amat sangat.
• berasa sangar loya, muntah dan terlalu sensitif pada cahaya dan bunyi.
• denyutan yang dirasakan amat sakit apabila disentuh penghidap boleh pengsan.

2. Migrain dengan tanda aura

• jarang berlaku.
• pesakit akan mengalami pandangan solah-olah ternampak garisan yang membesar kemudiannya hilang.
• penghidap akan terasa mabuk, kebas-kebas pada bahagian dalam badan beberapa minit sebelum serangan.

3. Opthalmoplegic migrain

• terlalu jarang berlaku.
• sakit kepala yang keterlaluan boleh menyebabkan mata jadi juling dan buta sementara.
• mata menjadi sepet sebelum menjadi juling (retinal migraine) [alamak, aku dah sepet ni~]
• pesakit boleh hilang pandangan dalam masa beberapa minit.

4. Status migrain

• berlaku apabila seseorang itu mengalami migrain yang teruk dan berterusan.
• boleh mengakibatkan menghidapnya mendapat strok.
• migrain yang berlaku berulang-ulang pada kanak-kanak menyebabkan mereka muntah-muntah dan sakit perut yang berulang-ulang.

Bentuk serangan migrain

1. 'Severe', rasa berdenyut-denyut pada bahagian sebelah kepala atau kedua-duanya.
2. 'Local', kulit bertukar menjadi merah sedikit atau kelihatan pucat.
3. 'Pallor', berpeluh-peluh.
4. 'Sono', sensitif terhadap bunyi bising.
5. 'Photophobea', sensitif pada cahaya.
6. 'Speak', percakapan menjadi perlahan untuk elakkan sakit kepala. (Betol~~)
   

Tension, Headache, Anger, Migraine

Last Friday, I was suffered a badly and the most painful migraine in my life. Teramat sakit neh~ Like usual morning working, but felt so down. Tension kot because just end the lecturer visiting on Thurday, boss yang #$%@, homesick, Sister Annie accident, MaMa kena cacar ular, given warning by Ah Reen etc. Friday evening head started pain pain. But I have to go to play badminton because I already promise Ing Hung. So happy to see Lao Mei since after CNY. We double up played 3 sets of double and won every set of it. Lao Mei still damn good in badminton. That's why since primary school, I never win her. 10.00 PM, send Lao Mei back Maktab. That time I can't act strong anymore..hehe. At last I asked Robin drove me to 7-11 to buy active fast Panadol and 100%. Cilaka de, Kuching 7-11 don't have this two things.. memang sial. Then cincai lah, I bought Panadol and 7up Revive. Quick quick went home. Reached the room I straightly lie down with wet clothes. I thought want sleep without took bath liao but I kuatkan semangat ambik tuala dan mandi juga. Aku baring~ exhauted~ Took 2 biscuits and ate the panadol and zzZZZ~~ Next morning I woke up, I saw the sunlight shone into my room. I was glad that I still alive.

The Pity Racket

This is Robin's racket. Usually went for badminton I will use his racket. BUT~~ I broke it~ Sorry Robin =.="' Of course I paid la~ half price. Macam ini punya, last week friday I broke the badminton string first. Then on the same week, Sunday, I terus patahkan raketnya. Pasal? Bukan kerana kehebatanku, pasal aku yang ketensionan ni.. belasah bulu tangkis macam belasah orang, mana tak patah. Haih~ apa dah terjadi padaku ni? I mau balik rumah~~ wuwuwuwu~ I rindu MaMa.

Ahhhh~ Lega Rasenya~

Sharp 8.30 AM, I saw lecturer walking to the door. I was at the living room setting my laptop to projector. Hatiku start kecut. I quickly went to open the door for him. This is the 1st time I'm wearing formal since I worked here. My supervisor not yet reach office. Aku lagi takut. Then, my lecturer said no need to wait and asked me proceed to presentation. Aku pun bla bla bla with my "pingelish" (my own english language). Anyway~ Mr. Bong quite ask a lot of this and that. Robin saw me alone dealing with Mr. Bong. He quickly find Mr. Patrick Wong (Technical Resource Coordinator) came and sit together. At 8.45 AM my supervisor, Lily came. Luckily la luckily~ got them. This like become their discussion jor.. haha. Last, to end this presentation, Mr. Bong excused me a while because he need to discuss with them about my performance. 5 minutes later, Lily called me. Mr. Bong want use my PC to buy air ticket.. =.="' While he online, we started berbual-bual. As I guess, he really from Kuching. Asked I took my breakfast liao ma, usually take lunch at where. From the conversation I just know that I'm the first person among UNITEN student to be evaluate. Damn lucky. Mostly most of student will kena evaluate on June. Later evening he will went to Petrajaya, Kuching to evaluate another student too. The ticket printed out, I passed to him. Dengan hormatnya~ I menghantar Mr.Bong keluar dengan senyuman semanis dan selebar yang I dapat sekian lama berada di opis ni.

For my friends :

• First, wait for the lecturer call or email.
• While you get inform by lecturer, see what he/she want you to do. For me, my lecturer asked me to do the slide presentation. Show all the works. The presentation normally take 10 minutes and whole visiting will take 30 minutes.
• Please ask also what other things they want to see from you.
• Prepare the D1 form.
  
• Make sure the supervisor always by your side.
• Make sure you really understand about your company.
• Don't forget to be prepare when he/she ask you to show or explain how you did your works.

I guess this only I can share. The slide of presentation no need too long. Hope this can help you all. All the best.

Industrial Training Internship Visiting

Tomorrow, my Lecturer, Mr Bong Kit Siang will come to evaluate me. He never teach me before but I know him. He's the one who suspect me not the same person in my ID card at exam hall. He even look at my ID card for minutes. Ok..yeah, maybe that picture look prettier..wahaha. I did the slide and shown to Head Design because she requested it. Aduh~ kena kutuk abes abesan~ She said i did it "cincai". I speechless. She is the boss and I only a training.. in other word, kuli. What to do~ I came with semangat berkobar-kobar, but now~ haih~ Never mind, be patient. I COME I LEARN.

I forgot what I'm forward to everyone but I got a reply from one of my friends. This friend send to me this sms. Erm~ When I saw this reply, at first I was a bit angry. Why? Because actually we are quite close friend. After that, I just let it go. Nothing much I can say about this friend. I actually no need to get angry or act like this. I started pity him/her. He/She don't has time even a second to miss his/her friends. Are his/her friends damn bad, sucks or a nightmare for him/her to miss? What happen if when we all starting working in real industry? Lagilah takde masa untuk cari. Does he/she realize that the "network" is very important to us? Even his/her boss asked him/her to create a Facebook to increase the "network". If he/she think he/she can LIVE LIFE TO FULLEST without friends, then PLEASE PROVE IT TO ME. I sincerly wish him/her good luck. I miss my friends so I SAY IT OUT. This is my way to show how i love my friends. Maybe he/she got his/her own way to show it. Like what he/she said we still don't know him/her well. By the way, no need compare him/her with other people. He's/She's not ME. Take care my busy friend.

We only be given one life, we are so glad that we met up and became friends. No one knows how far the friendship will go. For sure, you wont find the second sepet cina name "Kong Fong Ping".

F.R.I.E.N.D.S

From the start I wrote my blog, I never write something serious topic. Most of my posts were about my life activities. Let me write something at least for me… it’s SERIOUS and IMPORTANT issue, which is FRIEND. Look only common topic, right? But for me, it’s means a lot. Besides families, friends are number two. Every people will have different types of friends. So, what types of you, ping? Well, I’ve no comment about it. Let my friends evaluate me.

I always thought, “Friends are not forever, they are only temporarily”. So, I really appreciate every one of my friends. I totally lost contact with my kinder garden friends. Primary school and secondary school only some of them still keep in touch. Susie, Ah Siew and Ah Hee are my “ho ji mui”, even we got group name, F4. Ohya~ each of us also got our own name. Cannot tell in here, is secret…haha. Other is Ah Wei and Mee Ing. If one of them have trouble or problem, no matter what I will help them as much as I can. Friends can be many but really close to you.. hitung sepuluh jari pun tak sampai.

Reached university level. During the orientation, at first I thought I’m very pity. Look around the student, NO CHINESE. Got also banana de (Chinlish). Nasib baik ade Ting Ting, the Kelantan girl. Mostly my friends are Indian and Malay. During that time my intake for IT only among 30 students. The group was small so is easy for us to get close. Of course until now we still close. Now I got my best buddy, Vshan Laling, Rachi, Ah Reen, Mie and etc. Now I’m in Sarawak doing my internship, so seldom hear from them. Vshan Laling and Azmi sometimes will find me. Yang laen? Tak tau. May be they really damn busy or for some of them, friends are nothing. He/She don’t mind because I’m nothing.

I got a lot want to write but donno where to start. Suddenly brain kering kontang ketandusan idea. Ohya~ Mie called me today but I missed it. I called him back. We talked almost half an hour. After 5 minutes, Vshan Laling called me too. Thanks for calling. Huh~ Miss You Guys. Tido~ Esok keja o~

3rd Week : Muara Tuang, Kota Samarahan

On the 3^rd week, I went to Kota Samarahan. The journey took 30 minutes drive from Kuching Town. (Agak-agak aje) When I was 2 to 6 years old, I was staying at Muara Tuang, Kota Samarahan. It’s a small village, can say is a Malay kampung… very few Chinese. I went to quarters (the place I stayed before), my papa office (Jabatan Tanah & Ukur), shops, the playground, the tennis court and etc. I failed to find my kindergarden, Tabika Kemas Muara Tuang. At Last, I found it new located behind the primary school. I miss my naughty time at kindergarden (Evil Student..hehehe). That time I’m the only chinese in that kindergarden. My kindergarden was based on Islam Education, I need to learn baca doa, doa makan, eat with hand, wear baju kurung and write jawi too. That’s why I sesat sikit, became “Cina Celup”. That’s what Ah Reen called me. Before I leave Kuching, I want go to Samarahan again.
